height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly
cloudy. Lows in the mid 30s.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Patchy fog in the morning. Chance of rain through the day. Slight
chance of rain early in the afternoon. Cloudy. Highs in the 40s.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or
less. Mostly cloudy. Lows in the upper 20s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Partly
cloudy in the evening then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the
lower 30s.
.WEDNESDAY...South winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Rain
likely. Cloudy. Highs 35 to 45.
