waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Light winds becoming southeast around 10 mph late in the
afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Sunny early in the morning then
becoming partly sunny. Highs 35 to 45.
.TONIGHT...East winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly
cloudy. Lows in the upper 20s.
.MONDAY...East winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet. Mostly
cloudy. Highs 35 to 45.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Clear. Highs 35 to 45.
.TONIGHT...Light winds. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly clear. Lows
in the upper 20s.
.MONDAY...East winds around 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly
sunny. Highs 35 to 45.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TODAY...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 3 feet
subsiding to 1 foot or less in the afternoon. Sunny. Highs in the
30s.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph in the evening becoming
light. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 20s.
.MONDAY...East winds around 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Sunny.
