Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TONIGHT...Breezy. North winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 1 to 2 feet after midnight. Areas of smoke. Mostly
cloudy in the evening then becoming partly cloudy. Lows in the
upper 40s.
.WEDNESDAY...Windy. North winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
Areas of smoke early in the morning. Mostly sunny. Highs in the
50s.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 15 mph shifting to the
southwest after midnight. Waves 1 to 2 feet subsiding to 1 foot
or less after midnight. Partly cloudy in the evening then
becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the lower 40s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

2 feet subsiding to 1 foot or less after midnight. Mostly cloudy
