Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Chance of snow until afternoon. Slight chance of snow late in the
morning. Cloudy. Highs 15 to 25.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 1 to 2 feet after midnight. Mostly cloudy in the
evening then becoming partly cloudy. Lows around 4.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet subsiding to
1 foot or less in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Highs 5 to 15.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Light winds becoming north around 10 mph late in the
afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Cloudy. Highs 15 to 25.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly cloudy. Lows around 13.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Partly
sunny. Highs in the teens.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TODAY...East winds around 10 mph early in the morning becoming
light, then becoming northwest around 10 mph late in the
afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Cloudy. Highs in the 20s.
.TONIGHT...Breezy. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 to
3 feet. Mostly cloudy. Lows around 15.
.SUNDAY...Breezy. West winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
