Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...West winds around 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or less. Sunny.
Highs 55 to 65.
.TONIGHT...Windy. Southeast winds 10 to 20 mph increasing to
25 to 35 mph early in the morning. Waves 1 foot or less building
to 3 to 5 feet after midnight. Mostly clear. Lows in the upper
40s.
.MONDAY...Very windy. South winds 25 to 40 mph. Waves 2 to
4 feet. Showers. Cloudy in the morning then becoming partly
sunny. Highs in the 60s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Sunny. Highs 55 to 65.
.TONIGHT...Light winds becoming south 10 to 20 mph after
midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Clear. Lows in the mid 40s.
.MONDAY...Windy. Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
Showers in the late morning and afternoon. Partly sunny in the
morning then becoming cloudy. Highs 55 to 65.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TODAY...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet
subsiding to 1 foot or less in the afternoon. Partly cloudy early
in the morning then clearing. Highs in the 50s.
.TONIGHT...West winds around 10 mph shifting to the south after
midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. Mostly clear. Lows in the upper
40s.
.MONDAY...Windy. Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
Showers in the late morning and afternoon. Partly sunny in the
morning then becoming cloudy. Highs in the 50s.
