Here are the Recreation Area Forecasts...

Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TONIGHT...South winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 1 to 2 feet after midnight. Mostly clear in the
evening then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows around 4 below.
.THURSDAY...Windy. West winds 20 to 30 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
Patchy blowing snow. Mostly cloudy. Highs 25 to 35.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or
less. Cloudy. Lows around 16.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet
subsiding to 1 foot or less after midnight. Partly cloudy. Lows
around 1 below.
.THURSDAY...Breezy. Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 3 to
5 feet. Chance of flurries late in the morning. Mostly cloudy.
Highs 15 to 25.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Breezy. West winds 15 to 25 mph decreasing to
10 to 15 mph after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet subsiding to
1 foot or less after midnight. Chance of flurries in the evening.
Mostly cloudy. Lows around 13.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
Patchy blowing snow early in the evening. Mostly cloudy. Lows
near zero.
.THURSDAY...Windy. Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph. Waves 3 to
5 feet.  and patchy blowing snow in the morning. Areas of blowing
snow in the afternoon. Snow likely in the late morning and
afternoon. Cloudy. Highs 15 to 25.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Windy. West winds 20 to 30 mph becoming
northwest 10 to 20 mph after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet. Patchy
blowing snow early in the evening. Chance of flurries in the
evening. Cloudy. Lows around 12.
