Wave height forecasts represent the average of the highest 33% of
waves that occur in a given period. Since the significant wave
height is an average of the largest waves, mariners should be
aware that many individual waves will be higher.

For Devils Lake...

.TODAY...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 2 to 4 feet in the afternoon. Areas of fog early in
the morning. Sunny early in the morning then becoming mostly
sunny. Highs 75 to 85.
.TONIGHT...North winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet subsiding
to 1 foot or less after midnight. Mostly clear. Lows in the mid
50s.
.SATURDAY...North winds around 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Sunny. Highs in the 70s.


For the Upper and Lower Red Lakes...

.TODAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Patchy fog early in the morning. Chance of showers and slight
chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Highs in
the 70s.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 50s.
.SATURDAY...North winds 10 to 15 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Sunny. Highs in the 70s.


For Lake of the Woods...

.TODAY...Northwest winds around 10 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Areas of fog early in the morning. Chance of thunderstorms in the
afternoon. Partly cloudy. Highs 65 to 75.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 50s.
