...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN OTTER TAIL COUNTY
THROUGH 815 AM CDT...

At 731 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Richville, or 24 miles southeast of Detroit Lakes, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Perham, New York Mills, Ottertail, Bluffton, Richville, Wolf Lake,
and Hillview.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
