...WINTRY IMPACTS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY...

2 to 4 inches of snow is expected Wednesday afternoon into
Wednesday night. Wind speeds will start to increase late
Wednesday night, then they will remain gusty through the day
Thursday. This may produce some blowing and drifting snow, but
mainly in open country closer to the Red River Valley. Be
prepared for impacted travel conditions throughout this period.
