...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Freezing drizzle. Light glaze of ice accumulation.

* WHERE...Red River Valley in eastern North Dakota and northwest
  into west-central Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads will likely become hazardous. Plan on slippery
  road conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
traveling. Do not use cruise control. Allow extra time for travel.

If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken on
stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
