* IMPACTS...Blowing snow will lead to areas of quick and sudden
  reductions to visibility, making travel difficult, especially in
  rural areas that are prone to blowing snow.

  to areas of quick and sudden reductions to visibility, making
  travel difficult, especially in rural areas that are prone to
  blowing snow. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

  make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches.

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
