The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Coconino County in north central Arizona...
  Navajo County in north central Arizona...

* Until 1215 AM MST /115 AM MDT/.

* At 843 PM MST /943 PM MDT/, stream gauges on the Moenkopi Wash,
  located just south of the Village of Moenkopi, indicated a level
  of 26.01 feet. The wash is now in minor flood stage, but is only
  0.4 feet from moderate flood stage. Levels are likely to rise
  further.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Automated stream gauges.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Moenkopi.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
  Moenkopi Wash, Hamblin Wash and Begashibito Wash.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will
become muddy and impassable.
