.DISCUSSION...Clear skies with light westerly winds Tuesday morning.
Thunderstorm activity looks to begin over the Chuskas around midday,
then a strong easterly outflow boundary with gusts 30-40 mph may
reach the Oak Ridge fire shortly after. Winds may return to westerly
by the late afternoon, but further erratic/gusty wind shifts can be
expected near storms. Scattered thunderstorms will linger throughout
the day, with decreasing chances through midnight. Into Wednesday,
increased shower and thunderstorm coverage will lead to more widespread
wetting rains, and increased potential for flash flooding.

.TUESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Thunderstorms begin over the Chuskas around
                    1200-1300 MDT, then quickly move towards the
                    Oak Ridge fire. Scattered thunderstorms linger
                    thereafter.
Chance of pcpn......60 percent.
Max temperature.....86 to 88.
Min humidity........15 to 16 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5 to 10 mph through 1300 MDT, then
northeast through east outflow with gusts 30
                    to 40 mph arriving between 1300-1500 MDT.
                    Continued gusty and erratic winds near
                    thunderstorms throughout the day.
Max Vent Rate.......Excellent.
Clearing Index......1423.
Mixing height.......8300 ft AGL in the morning increasing to 13700
                    ft AGL late in the morning, then decreasing to
                    2200 ft AGL late in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....West 5 to 10 knots shifting to the north late
                    in the afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Chance for scattered showers and
                    thunderstorms to linger through midnight MDT.
