.DISCUSSION...A low chance for showers an thunderstorms will
persist for most of the day Wednesday through Wednesday night.
Activity should remain mostly isolated near the Billy Fire.
By Thursday better moisture will be present, but some
uncertainty exists with a potential layer of cloud cover
that will keep things more stable. Overall there a higher chance
for thunderstorms with wetting rains over the Billy Fire on
Thursday. If any storms do manifest, expect gusty outflow winds
and heavy rainfall.

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny. Slight chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms after 1 pm.
Chance of pcpn......20 percent.
Max temperature.....94 to 97.
Min humidity........19 to 22 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........East winds 5 to 10 mph until 10 am shifting
                    to the south to southeast with gusts up to 15
                    mph thereafter. Gusty and erratic winds near
                    thunderstorms.
Mixing height.......10500 ft AGL in the morning increasing to 11800
                    ft AGL in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....East around 5 knots shifting to the south in
                    the late morning and afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Slight chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms lingering overnight.
Chance of pcpn......20 percent.
Min temperature.....67 to 71.
Max humidity........55 to 60 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph gusting to 15 mph
                    until 8 pm, shifting north 3 to 6 mph overnight.
                    Gusty and erratic winds near thunderstorms.

                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
