Hazards include brief heavy rainfall, flash flooding, lightning, and gusty outflow winds of 30 to 40 mph. Temperatures will cool to 5 to 10 degrees below average. Outside of outflow winds, expect mainly south to southeast winds 10 to 20 mph. .THURSDAY... Sky/weather.........Partly sunny. Slight chance of showers in the morning, then chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Chance of pcpn......20 percent early increasing to 60 percent by 1600 MST. Max temperature.....90 to 95. Min humidity........27 to 32 percent. Wind (20 ft)........Northwest drainage winds 3-6 mph, becoming southwest 8-12 mph by 0900 MST.
