.DISCUSSION...A monsoonal moisture surge from the south will result
in scattered to widespread showers and thunderstorms near the fire site.
Hazards include brief heavy rainfall, flash flooding, lightning, and
gusty outflow winds of 30 to 40 mph. Temperatures will cool to 5 to
10 degrees below average. Outside of outflow winds, expect mainly south
to southeast winds 10 to 20 mph.

.THURSDAY...

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny. Slight chance of showers in the
                    morning, then chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......20 percent early increasing to 60 percent by
                    1600 MST.
Max temperature.....90 to 95.
Min humidity........27 to 32 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest drainage winds 3-6 mph, becoming
southwest 8-12 mph by 0900 MST. Gusty outflow
winds 30-40 mph from thunderstorms.
Mixing height.......10000 ft AGL in the morning and early afternoon
                    increasing to 10800 ft AGL late in the
                    afternoon.
Transport winds.....Northeast around 5 knots shifting to the south
                    in the late morning and afternoon.

.THURSDAY NIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Showers likely and chance of
                    thunderstorms in the evening, then chance of
                    showers overnight.
Chance of pcpn......60 percent in the evening, 40 percent overnight.
Min temperature.....70 to 74.
Max humidity........65 to 75 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds around 5 mph in the evening becoming
                    light southeast overnight. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms in the evening.
Mixing height.......300 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Southwest 5 to 10 knots shifting to the
                    southeast overnight.
