.DISCUSSION...Another round of storms are expected this afternoon.
Just some isolated storms are expected near Moenkopi, but storm
coverage will be higher upstream along the higher terrain in Black
Mesa. Individual storm intensity is expected to be a bit weaker than
previous days. Flash flood risk is lower today, but cannot be ruled
out completely with the already very saturated surface conditions.
Isolated storms will linger through the late evening today. Flash flood
risk continues to decline tomorrow, with more isolated coverage of storms.


.REST OF TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Becoming partly cloudy with isolated
                    thunderstorms through the evening. Higher
                    coverage of thunderstorms are expected
                    further upstream, over Black Mesa.
Chance of pcpn......10 percent at Moenkopi. 50 percent on Black Mesa.
Max temperature.....87 to 89.
Min humidity........39 percent.
Surface winds (mph).Variable winds 3 to 6 mph. Gusty and erratic winds
                    near storms.
