Activity should remain mostly isolated near the Billy Fire. By Thursday better moisture will be present, but some uncertainty exists with a potential layer of cloud cover that will keep things more stable. Overall there a higher chance for thunderstorms with wetting rains over the Billy Fire on Thursday. If any storms do manifest, expect gusty outflow winds and heavy rainfall. .WEDNESDAY... Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny. Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 pm. Chance of pcpn......20 percent. Max temperature.....94 to 97. Min humidity........19 to 22 percent.
