.DISCUSSION...Monsoon activity will slightly decline in intensity
and coverage through the forecast period. Thursday will bring a 50%
chance of thunderstorms with activity initiating after 1200 MST. By
Friday, the chance of storms falls to 30%. The flash flood threat will
be lesser than previous days, though the sensitive nature of the burn
scar and low flood thresholds will prevent the risk from being eliminated.
Winds will be generally light and variable, but gusty and erratic winds
will accompany any storms that do develop.
