.DISCUSSION...An increase in monsoon moisture will bring increased
thunderstorm coverage today and Thursday. Thunderstorm development
today is expected after 12 PM, with showers and storms expected to
continue into the early evening hours. Storms will be capable of heavy
rain, which could lead to flooding, and erratic wind gusts up to 45 mph.
Lighter showers are possible overnight, with thunderstorms expected to
redevelop on Thursday afternoon. Heavy rain and gusty outflow winds
will continue to be the greatest storm threats.

                    morning. Chance of thunderstorms through the
                    day. Showers likely in the afternoon.
