            Post event report from Tuesday (8/26). A
            USGS stream gage at Lees Ferry measured a
            1.2 foot rise on the Paria River at 9:00 PM.
            Water would have been much higher upstream
            in the canyon closer to the heavy rainfall.
            Time is estimated based on radar and the
            Lees Ferry response downstream.
