* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts from 30 to 40 mph
  today, increasing to 20 to 30 mph with gusts from 45 to 55 mph on
  Tuesday.

* WHERE...Chuska Mountains and Defiance Plateau and White Mountains.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MST /noon MDT/ to 7 PM MST /8 PM MDT/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Travel
  will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Patchy
  blowing dust will lead to reduced visibilities, resulting in
  hazardous driving conditions at times.
