Wind speeds have decreased substantially this evening and will
remain in the 10 to 20 mph range for the remainder of tonight. Some
localized higher gusts are possible downwind of higher terrain.
South through southwest winds are expected again on Wednesday, but
speeds will stay below criteria, mainly ranging from 15 to 25 mph.
