...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT LOCATIONS BETWEEN SHOW LOW AND
CARRIZO IN NAVAJO COUNTY UNTIL 1245 PM MST...

At 1217 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles south of Show Low, moving west at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Red Top Mountain, Carrizo, North Fork and White Mountain Apache
  Reservation.

This includes the following highways...
Highway 60 between mile markers 317 and 334.
State Route 73 between mile markers 311 and 312.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
