EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Buena
  Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Ida and Woodbury and northeast Nebraska,
  including the following county, Dakota.

* WHEN...From this evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Widespread rainfall up to 2 inches is likely through Thursday,
    with localized amounts up to 3 or 4 inches possible.
  - Stay up to date with the latest river observations and forecasts
    at: water.noaa.gov
