Warning for the following rivers in South Dakota...

  Skunk Creek near Hartford affecting Minnehaha County.

  Willow Creek near Crooks affecting Minnehaha County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Skunk Creek near Hartford.

* WHEN...From early this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, the lower banks on both sides of Skunk
  Creek are overtopped flooding low lying pasture land.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 1:15 AM CDT Friday was 10.2 feet.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* WHERE...Willow Creek near Crooks.

* WHEN...From early this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, the higher banks overflow flooding
  significant amounts of pasture land and some crop land. The bridge
  on 469th just south of 258th is overtopped.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 1:15 AM CDT Friday was 10.1 feet.
