.DISCUSSION...
An area of showers and embedded thunderstorms is expected to move
east-southeast across the region late tonight through Tuesday.
Additional showers and isolated storms are possible Tuesday night
into Wednesday night, mainly from Nebraska into Iowa. This could
produce a broad area of 1 to 2 inches of rain, with locally higher
amounts possible where activity persists into Wednesday and
Wednesday night.

The latter half of this week should bring drier weather with
seasonably cool temperatures.
