Patchy dense fog has developed across the region this morning. Visibility may fall to less than a mile at times. The lowest visibilities are mostly confined to low laying areas and river valleys, west of the James River, and in northwestern Iowa. Be prepared for rapidly changing visibility conditions. In addition, widespread temperatures below freezing could result in areas of freezing fog. This could result in slippery spots on sidewalks and roadways. Fog should burn off by mid-morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. No hazardous weather is expected at this time. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
