Iowa, northeast Nebraska, south central South Dakota and southeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

An active pattern looks to bring chances for showers and storms for
the weekend into at least early next week. While finer details remain
uncertain, continue to monitor the forecast for strong to severe
storms and heavy rain potential.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa and southwest
Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Isolated showers and weak thunderstorms are possible across southwest
Minnesota and far northern Iowa into this evening. While unlikely,
a funnel cloud or brief landspout cannot be ruled out with any
developing storm.

Areas of fog are again possible overnight into early Saturday,
especially along the higher elevations of the Buffalo Ridge. This
may reduce visibility below 1 mile at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
