Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

Patchy and locally dense fog through mid morning may reduce
visibility to below a mile at times.

Low (20% or less) chances for storms late this afternoon into tonight
along the southern Missouri River Valley; severe weather risk is low.
