A small portion of Hwy 38 between Hartford
and Humboldt (between 459th and 460th Ave)
was impassable due to water over the road.
Water was 3-4 feet deep in a couple of
spots, but appeared to be slowly receding.
Deputies had requested DOT barricades to
close that section of road until the water
fully receded.
