* WHAT...Winds are expected to turn to the northwest to north behind
  a southward moving outflow boundary, with gusts as high as 45 to
  55 mph. Isolated higher gusts are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and
  southeast South Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
