Rain continues across the region this afternoon and overnight into Tuesday morning. A heavier band of moderate rain will set up along and north of Highway 14. At times rain may become heavy in this area over eastern South Dakota and southwestern Minnesota. Expect rain to change over to a wintry mix to snow overnight into Tuesday morning. The same band of heavier precipitation may see some snow accumulations, especially for areas at higher elevation. Temperatures Tuesday will be around the seasonal averages, in the upper 30s to low 40s. Temperatures for the rest of the week will be mild, in the 40s and 50s.
