* WHAT...Mixed precipitation and patchy blowing snow expected. Total
  snow and sleet accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice
  accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as
  35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and
  southeast South Dakota.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 3 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
  falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
  may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Friday evening commute.
