.Two rounds of heavy rain are forecast to move across the watch
area, one continuing through this morning and another this afternoon
and night. The main threat through this morning will be urban
flooding and minor flooding of flood prone locations. The flash
flood threat will be higher this afternoon and night when additional
heavy rain moves over already water loaded soils.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following
  counties, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hill, Hood, Hunt,
  Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant
  and Wise.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated higher
    amounts up to 4 inches.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
