.Two rounds of heavy rain are forecast to move across the watch
area, one late tonight and another tomorrow afternoon and night. The
main threat tonight will be urban flooding and minor flooding of
flood prone locations. The flash flood threat will be higher
tomorrow afternoon and night when additional heavy rain moves over
already water loaded soils.

THURSDAY NIGHT...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Western Central Texas, including the following counties.
Bell, Bosque, Comanche, Coryell, Hamilton, Lampasas, McLennan, and
Mills.
* WHEN...From midnight CST tonight through Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated higher
amounts up to 4 inches.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
