* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Bosque County in central Texas...
  Northeastern Hamilton County in central Texas...
  Northwestern Hill County in central Texas...
  Central Johnson County in north central Texas...
  Southeastern Somervell County in north central Texas...

* Until 830 AM CDT.

* At 525 AM CDT, Doppler radar estimates and emergency management
  reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned
  area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
  rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are forecast. Flash flooding is
  already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Cleburne, Hillsboro, Keene, Alvarado, Venus, Whitney, Itasca,
  Grandview, Meridian, Blum, Iredell, Cranfills Gap, Covington,
  Carl`s Corner, Lake Whitney, Cleburne State Park, Lake Whitney
  State Park, Meridian State Park, Lake Pat Cleburne and Parker.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
