* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur along
the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 21.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 22.3 feet this evening. It will
then fall below flood stage late this evening.
