...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Trinity River Near Long Lake (Oakwood) affecting Leon, Anderson
  and Freestone Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don`t
drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in
vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River near Long Lake (Oakwood).

* WHEN...Until Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 45.0 feet, Major flooding of ranches and farm lands
  along the river is expected. The Coffield Prison farm and ranch
  interests will be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 44.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday was 45.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late Saturday evening and continue falling to 33.6 feet
    Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    44.3 feet on 03/26/2020.
