...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Wise County in north central Texas...

* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 413 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms across Wise County. Radar estimates between 1 and 3
    inches of rain have fallen in the past 1 to 2 hours. Minor
    flooding of roads and poor drainage areas is likely in the
    advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Decatur, Bridgeport, Briar, Pecan Acres, Rhome, Alvord, New
    Fairview, Aurora, Boyd, Chico, Paradise, Lake Bridgeport, Runaway
    Bay, Newark, Cottondale, Keeter and Balsora.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
