...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 AM CDT THIS MORNING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and north central Texas, including the
  following counties, in central Texas, Bosque, Hamilton and Hill.
  In north central Texas, Johnson and Somervell.

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may be impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - emergency management reported several roads remain closed in
    the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are
    forecast.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cleburne, Hillsboro, Keene, Alvarado, Venus, Whitney, Itasca,
    Grandview, Meridian, Blum, Iredell, Cranfills Gap, Covington,
    Carl`s Corner, Lake Whitney, Cleburne State Park, Lake
    Whitney State Park, Meridian State Park, Lake Pat Cleburne
    and Parker.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
