.DISCUSSION...
Additional chances for showers and thunderstorms will continue
through at least Saturday associated with a weak cold front and an
upper low. North winds of 5 to 10 MPH will spread slowly south
today as the cold front eases through the area. Some showers and
storms will produce heavy rain, but the overall coverage should
remain less that what occurred on Thursday. Things will dry out
late Sunday as a secondary cold front pushes through. Dry and
pleasant weather can then be expected Monday through much of next
week behind the front.
