.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible across much of
North and Central Texas today with expected coverage of 20-30%. A
weak cold front will also drift into North Texas during the
afternoon, and this will cause winds to gradually turn from
southeasterly to northeasterly while speeds remain less than 10
mph. Gusty and erratic winds will be possible near any
thunderstorms before this activity diminishes in the evening. Above
normal temperatures and lower humidity will prevail through the
middle and end of the workweek with minimal rain chances for the
majority of the area.
