.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and storms are ongoing across eastern Central
Texas, leading to an overall decrease in fire activity. For North
and eastern parts of Central Texas, the fire weather threat will
remain elevated thanks to dry vegetation, hot conditions and RHs
in the 30% range. Looking ahead, expect continued hot and dry
conditions for most location, keeping the threat of fire starts
going through at least the weekend.
