...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT MONDAY...
.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather conditions along and west of the I-35 corridor will
be slightly elevated as afternoon RH values each day this week
will drop into the 25%-35% range. Any greater fire threat will be
mitigated by weak south/southeast winds of 5-15 mph. Overnight RH
will recover well increasing to values above 70% each night this
week. There will also be a low chance (10-30%) for isolated
showers and thunderstorms along and south of the US-84 corridor,
and along and east of the US-75/I-45 corridor each
afternoon/evening Monday through Wednesday. Any convection that is
able to develop will be bring the risk of lightning.
