.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns will remain very low to zero this week as
the larger scale pattern undergoes a transition to a wet pattern
for the latter half of the week. Moisture and RH will increase
over the next few days as the remnants of Hurricane Polo spread
into the state and merge with an upper level trough to our west.
Widespread and/or waves of showers and storms are expected
Wednesday through Thursday and potentially into Friday. Many
locations should receive a few inches of rain by the weekend which
will benefit the ongoing drought conditions and fire weather
concerns.
