.DISCUSSION...
Scattered to numerous showers and storms associated with an upper
low will bring beneficial rainfall to the region over the next
few days. Some storms with heavy rain may bring river flooding
and localized flash flooding now through Friday morning. Scattered
showers will remain possible Friday and Saturday, though the
heavy rain threat will have decreased substantially by then.
Cooler and drier weather can then be expected during the first
half of next week following the passage of a cold front.
