.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry conditions will persist through the week with well
above normal temperatures and little chance for rainfall.
Southerly winds 10 to 15 mph today combined with temperatures near
100 degrees and minimum afternoon RH between 25-30% will lead to
an elevated grass fire threat mainly west of I-35. This will
continue through much of the week with little relief expected.
Slightly cooler weather and perhaps a slight increase in rain
chances is expected next week.
