.DISCUSSION...
Another unseasonably warm day is expected this afternoon with
south winds mostly near 8 to 12 mph, gusting occasionally near
20-25 mph. Relative humidity will bottom out near 50 percent this
afternoon, but will recover to near 100 percent overnight. Winds
on Tuesday will be slightly lower with sustained speeds less than
10 mph, with RH only dropping to around 60 percent in the
afternoon.
