.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms have developed across portions
of western Central Texas this afternoon with a 15-20% chance of
precipitation impacting the burn site through this evening. Gusty,
erratic winds up to 30 mph and occasional lightning will be the
primary threats with any of this storm activity if it does shift
over the site. Otherwise, mostly sunny conditions are expected
through the remainder of today with south winds around 10 mph
gusting to 15-20 mph at times. Afternoon temperatures will peak in
the next hour or two near 93 degrees with a minimum afternoon
relative humidity near 55%. Shower and storm chances will rapidly
decrease after sunset with rain-free conditions expected the rest
of the night and into Wednesday. Overnight relative humidity will
recover to 95-100% with prevailing light south winds. Mostly sunny
conditions with high temperatures in the low to mid 90s are
expected on Wednesday with a minimum relative humidity near 50-55%.
