.DISCUSSION...
Over the next hour, temperatures should bottom out around 26
degrees, with humidity expected to fully recover to 100%. There
remains a low chance for freezing fog through mid-morning at the
burn site. Over the rest of the morning and afternoon, expect
temperatures to peak in the mid 40s while RH drops to 68%.
Northerly winds will shift out of the west, then the south-
southwest over the afternoon and evening, with speeds remaining
near 5 mph. Mixing heights today are only expected to be around
1500 feet, and with winds only 5-10 mph, won`t be the greatest for
smoke dispersal. Overnight, temperatures will drop to around 27
degrees, with humidity again recovering to 100%. It will be warmer
on Thursday afternoon, with highs at 58 degrees, RH dropping to
59%, and south-southwest winds around 10-15 mph. Skies tomorrow
will be partly cloudy, though higher mixing heights and stronger
transport winds will increase dispersal efficiency.
